Electronic Music takes over Coachella 2026, confirming industry trend

For the second consecutive year, electronic music has officially become the dominant sound at Coachella. Recent data from Booking Agent Info shows that DJs, producers, and live electronic acts make up 45% of the festival’s 2026 lineup, up from 39% in 2025.

While dance music leads the way, other genres still hold significant presence. Smaller but notable segments include R&B/Afrobeat (2%), Latin (2%), and K-Pop (2%).
